Terms & Conditions – Digital Products

These terms apply to the purchase of digital products on aphantasie.org (Premium Report, future e-books). The platform provider is Onur Cirakoglu, hallo@headon.pro.

The purchase contract for digital products is concluded with Paddle Payments Limited (Merchant of Record). Paddle is your contractual partner for the purchase and responsible for invoicing and taxes.

Digital products are made available immediately after successful payment via email as a download link. The download link is valid for 30 days; within this period you can update your report with new test results free of charge up to three times. No physical delivery takes place.

All prices are final prices. The applicable VAT is included in the stated price. Paddle shows the locally applicable taxes on the purchase receipt.

By purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that this extinguishes your statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Returns or refunds after purchase are therefore excluded. In case of technical problems (e.g. a corrupted file or failed delivery), contact hallo@headon.pro – see our refund policy for details.
