Refund policy for digital purchases on aphantasie.org: right of withdrawal and handling of technical problems.

Digital content – immediate delivery
The premium report is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. By expressly consenting to immediate delivery, your statutory right of withdrawal expires (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Returns or refunds after purchase are therefore excluded as a rule.
Technical problems with your purchase?
- 1Send an email to hallo@headon.pro with your order number or the email address you used at checkout and describe the problem (e.g. corrupted file, download link not received).
- 2We will review the case and re-deliver the report or fix the problem.
- 3If the problem cannot be fixed, we refund the purchase via Paddle to your original payment method – usually within 3–5 business days.

- Digital product: delivered immediately after payment
- No voluntary return policy: all sales are final
- Processed via Paddle (Merchant of Record)
- Refunds only for technical defects we cannot fix – to the original payment method
- Download access expires upon refund
- Right of withdrawal: expires upon consent to immediate provision of the download (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Download link: valid for 30 days from delivery
